Q: Can I use the 10% discount if I already have a color in mind, even if you already stock it?
A: No. The discount only applies to new colors that are not currently part of our in-studio inventory.
Q: What seamless paper sizes are available with this offer?
A: The discount applies to 107'' x 36’ Superior Seamless Background Paper only and is based on Competitive Cameras’ online pricing.
Q: Can I break up my hours over multiple days or times?
A: No. You must book and use the 3, 4, 6, or 8-hour rental in a single day for the seamless paper discount and install to apply. Sessions cannot be split across multiple days or time blocks.
Q: Do I get to keep the roll after the shoot?
A: No, the roll stays at the studio. You can reuse it anytime free of charge, or gift it to the studio if it becomes part of the 6 standard daily-use colors on our seamless system.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order the roll before my session?
A: Please order 1–2 weeks prior to your shoot date to ensure availability and installation.
Q: Is the discount available if I bring in my own roll and just want it installed?
A: No. The offer only applies to rolls purchased through Competitive Cameras. They offer the best prices in DFW, and only our team is permitted to install rolls in the studio.
Q: How do I know which colors are already in the studio inventory?
A: Visit our Studio Inventory Page to view current seamless colors.
Q: Can I use this discount for multiple colors in one shoot?
A: Yes! You can order as many rolls as you'd like for your session—each roll will receive 10% off.
Q: Can I order the roll first and book the studio later?
A: No. You must have a confirmed 3+ hour studio reservation to qualify for this offer.
Q: What if my shoot runs shorter than 3 hours—can I still qualify?
A: Unfortunately, no. The discount and custom install are only available for 3+ hour studio rentals.
Q: What happens if the roll is damaged during my shoot?
A: We will trim the damaged portion as standard practice and store the remaining roll for future use.
Q: Do I need to be present during setup and install?
A: Nope! We’ll have it installed and ready before your session. Please note: Other renters may use that color for up to 48 hours after your shoot, but our clients are respectful and damage is rare.
Q: What happens to the roll if I don’t rebook right away—how long will you store it?
A: We’ll store your roll indefinitely. However, we will only reinstall it for 3+ hour bookings. New custom colors will not be put up for shorter 1- or 2-hour sessions unless they’re already one of our 6 standard daily colors.
